A series of client and contractor meetings were undertaken to gather all relevant data and form a clear view of:
- What is currently happening
- What needs to happen
- What is working well
- What is not working well
Following the initial investigation, we then mapped out a process to provide clear and understandable process as well as robust contractor management procedures to improve contract and performance delivery that would be beneficial to the requirements set out.
A number of contractors who had been performing had their service formalised and those who had not were replaced with locally based suppliers who demonstrated the desired culture and commitment to this facility and client. Clear expectations and clarity of requirements have been provided with detailed specifications, scopes of work with measureable and manageable Key Performance Indicators that both contractor and client can follow with ease. We are delighted that this is an ongoing engagement for Niche FM and we continue to refine the facility requirements as well as educate on best practise requirements.
