Caleb Ford Appointed General Manager of Niche FM

Niche FM was founded in 2015 by Ryan Peni with a vision to provide exceptional facilities management advisory services across the New Zealand industry.

Over the years, we have diversified into various areas, including property, asset investment, project management, integrated facilities management, and consultancy services. Our commitment has always been to leave any situation we encounter in a better position, and we have taken on a wide range of programs of work, each with its own set of successes and challenges.

As we move closer to the end of 2023 and look ahead to 2024, we are excited about the new opportunities that lie ahead. It is now time for me to pass the baton of business management to someone who can lead Niche FM into its next phase of growth and excellence.

Rebekah and Ryan are pleased to announce that Caleb Ford will assume the role of General Manager for Niche FM, effective November 20th.

Caleb re-joined Niche FM in December 2022, following a couple of years in a biosecurity response leadership role at MPI. In his short time here, he has already made significant contributions that have propelled us into a new phase of operational and business delivery.

This transition represents an exciting step forward for our group, and we have chosen the end of 2023 as the timing to ensure we enter 2024 with renewed strategic focus and energy.

We are confident that Caleb’s leadership will bring Niche FM and the growing team to new heights, and we are excited to see Niche FM flourish under his leadership. We believe that this transition will enable us to continue delivering exceptional value to our clients and partners.
